ABOUT US
OUR OBJECTIVE
BOYS United was form in mid November 2013. A Tournament called OKTO Cup was approved to participate and 7 players are required to fill in the gap for fun. An initiative by Manager Mr. Asrul and assisted by his cousin Mr. Rahmat assist to fill up the squad. With the assistance from families and friends son, BOYS United was formed. With no proper training schedule and meet up for the players, the boys has display a telepathic play and amazed families and friends who witness them emerged as group champion and thus qualified for the 2nd round. The Boys failed to proceed further to the quarterfinal. With the support from the parents, BOYS United continued to stay. B.O.Y.S. as in Building up Our Youth Soccer will continue to developed the youth and exposed the player to a greater height. Currently we have over 60 players who represent U8, U10 and U12. We remain a voluntarily club with no charges to the training session.
Our main objectives is to develops talented young footballers from the age of 6 to 16yrs old and to prevent them from unhealthy environment and giving a support to those in needs. We provide football to all youth who is interested without having to bear a hefty monthly fees imposed by some soccer academy. We believe we will be able to guide and bring them to a discipline individual, sportsperson and maintaining healthy lifestyle. We will guide them based on our experience as a former player on how to improve their skills and techniques, not forgetting to instill discipline in oneself and self belief in their own ability. We want them to showcase their ability at the highest level believing that they too can play beautiful football with proper training and guidance. With a father figure guidance, we hope that our players will turn out to be someone who is well mannered, respected and love by their family and friends.
OUR VISION
Our vision for the club is to carry on with our voluntarily service to the community to kick start the love of soccer in Yishun Resident which has been inactive for so long. It has always been our vision to relive the 80's and 90's where football is the main sport and everyone is playing under one roof no matter what race your from. Continue to serve our community, players and hope to impart all our experience to them and create a path for them to be a Pro Player or atleast a better person in the future.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to spot young talent on the street and give them the opportunity to play football. We believe football is free and we want the youth to play. Money shall not be a concern for the players to play competitive football in their age category and they should not be deprive to join a football academy or club due to the hefty fees. We want to expose our talented players and make them feel that each individual is equally important knowing that such club exist to serve the purpose for all players.
